無双直伝英信流居合道とは　　　　　　　　　

　居合の初祖は、永禄(1558年～）年間の人で出羽（山形県 ）最上家の家臣林崎甚助源重信公

　であり、流名を神夢想林崎流、又の名を重信流と唱えた、

　時代が下って江戸時代初期の頃、初祖、林崎甚助公以来の名人とされる第七代、長谷川

　主出税助英信公が古伝の業に独創の業を加え、流名も無双直伝英信流と改英信流二代、

　荒井清哲が信濃に伝え、三代、林六太夫守政によっいて土佐の国に伝えられた。

　以来幕末まぜ土佐藩の御留流として伝承されたが、第十七代大江正路、第十八代穂岐山雄、

　第十九代福井春政、第二十代河野稔百錬の各宗家先生方の努力により関西地区中心に全国

　に拡がり今や居合の一大流派になっています。

明心館道場とは

　前述べの第十九代宗家福井春政先生の高弟であった木村昌二先生が昭和51年6月に創設さた

　居合道場で、大阪でも有数の伝統ある道場です、現在は二代目の深井吉信（範士九段）が

　館長として指導しています。

明心館道場指導方針

　初心者は稽古着、袴の着付けから礼儀、作法の指導、刀の握り方、抜刀、納刀、

　等を懇切丁寧に指導いたします、また基本的な体捌きを習得する事により、

　実生活でも柔軟かつ機敏な動作が身に付きます、

　中級者は各業の掟や足捌きを重点的に指導して、居合の理合いに墓づく正確な

　刀捌きが出来るようにします。

　上級者は各業を正確に加えて、速さ、強さ、気負い等の精神力を重点的に鍛える

　事により人格の向上を目指します。

入門について

　　年令、男女を問わず入門いただけます、居合を通じて礼儀、作法，心得学びたい方、

　　自身のスキルアップを目指したい方は歓迎いたします、但し、反社会勢力の方はご遠慮

　　させていただきます。

  　  夜間の稽古は、毎週水曜日　午後6時30分から９時迄

  　 昼間の稽古は、第一土曜日と第三土曜日、午後１時から午後5時迄

　   見学は稽古日であれば何時でも可、会館の3階へおい出で下さい。

　ᦞ　明心館へ入会時、入会金5,000、年会費5,000、月会費4,000が必要です。

　ᦞ　別途　昇段審査を受験の場合は連合への入会金5,000、年会費5,000、必要です。

Wha is the Muso-Jikiden-eishiuryuu way

　Iai is the art of quick-drawinga sword and　striking aII in one motino， The origins of Iai are found during the Eiroku Period (from year 1558) with its first ancestors being Hayashizaki Jinsuke Shigenobu,a member of the Mopgami famiIy from Dewa (in the Yamagtata prefecture), His styIe was caIIed the Shin-Muso Hayashizaki way or by its other name Shigenobu way. In the earIy Edo period, the 7th generation of orthodox masters, Hasegawa Chikaranosuke Hidenobu,added his originaI work to the ancient traditions and the nama of the schooI got changed to Muso- Jikiden-Eishinryu. In the 2nd generation of Eishinryu, it got passed down by Arai Seitetsu,and in the 3rd generation it got brought to the Tosa province (todays Kochi province) by Hayashi RokudayuMorimasa. Since then, untiI the end of the Tokugawa period, it was handed down as the Tosa domain,but thanks to the efforts of the 17th generation of Oe Masaharu,the 18ch generation of Hokiyama Namio, the 19ch generation of Fukui Harumassa and the 20th generation of Kono Minoru Hyakuren it got spread throughout the country,centered on the Kansai region, and is now a major scvhooI of Iai.

Guidance PoIicy

   Beginners wiII be guided on how to dress properIy in the hakama,how to behave

   according to the etipuettes of Iaido,how to draw and hoId the sword, and how to

   pay the sword respcct. In addition, by Ierarning basic physicaI skiIIs, you wiII be

   abIe to perform fIexibIe and agiIe movemenst even in everyday Iife.

   Intermedieta students focus no thepoints of each skiII and hiw to handIe Ieg work 

   and wiII ba perfoming accurate sword techniques of Iai.

   Advanced students aim to imp;rove their personaIity by focusing on their mentaI

   abiIities, such as　speed　strength   and   spirit  in addition to being abIe to

   perform each technique accnrateIy.

EnroIIment fee of  ¥ 5,000, annuaI cIub fee of  ¥5,000, and a monthIy

fee of  ¥ 4,000, has to be paid for the Meishinkan Dojo

(when taking an examination for a speciaI promotion examination, enroIIment fee

¥5,000, to a group and annuaI cIub due ￥5,000, are needed.)
